Because the operator warns that special/extra schedules can change, do not build a flight around that time from a saved screenshot months in advance.
Work backward instead:
What time does the airline require you at the correct terminal?
How much walking/bag-drop margin do you need after reaching Naha Airport Station?
What is the first airport-bound train on your actual departure date?
If the rail chain cannot deliver a comfortable margin, use a taxi or other pre-arranged road transfer. Moving from central Naha to Tsubogawa does not magically create an earlier train.

For two people, do not upgrade solely because it is the final night. Upgrade when both suitcases must be open at once, the room needs to function as a packing station, or family gear would otherwise block circulation.
Return the rental car before check-in if departure morning is the fragile part
Keeping the car overnight can leave fuel, traffic, branch opening time, inspection, unloading and the rental-company airport shuttle all on the same morning as airline check-in. Tokyu Stay does not remove those tasks while the car is still with you.
Compare the two sequences:
Keep car overnight: hotel parking → fuel → rental return → inspection → shuttle → airport.
Return car first: finish road trip → return car → move to Tsubogawa → sleep → hotel → airport.

The room can be road-trip friendly while the parking rhythm is not. Treat those as separate features.
Don Quijote downstairs is a tool, not a new sightseeing plan
The Don Quijote in the same building complex can solve specific last-minute needs: packing supplies, toiletries, snacks or a missing gift. It can also reopen a luggage problem you had already finished.
If the final evening is mainly dining, bars and walking around Kokusai-dori, staying closer to that experience may be better. Tsubogawa earns its place when the night is primarily about closing logistics.
Breakfast has zero value if the flight removes the breakfast window
The hotel breakfast starts at 06:30. A traveller using the earliest practical airport-bound rail/taxi strategy may not be there to eat it. Do not pay extra for a breakfast-inclusive rate until the departure-day sequence is known.
This is the broader rule for transit nights: only count amenities that exist during your usable hotel hours. A breakfast, lounge or late checkout that the flight schedule removes is worth JPY 0 to that itinerary.

I would move to Tokyu Stay Okinawa Naha when the final night has a clear operations brief: return the car, wash/dry the last beach load, repack, sleep, and leave for the airport with no road-trip jobs left. I would keep the existing hotel when Tsubogawa only saves a few transport minutes or when the final resort/central-Naha evening is still valuable.
For a very early flight, the decision belongs to the exact Yui Rail timetable for that date. Recent 2026 schedules show an airport-bound service around 05:47 from Tsubogawa, but special/temporary service patterns mean that number should never be treated as a permanent guarantee. If the first useful train does not protect your airline deadline, book a taxi instead.
