The real decision is whether laundry, simple food preparation, luggage organisation and work space will actually be used after sightseeing.

Book it for two people staying three to five nights who will use the washer-dryer and want Namba as the daily base. From Nankai Namba, use the second-floor Central Gate, turn left, descend by escalator and cross at Nambanaka. From Osaka Metro Namba, use Midosuji Line Exit 5, walk south along Parks Street and turn right at the first Nambanaka intersection.
